FAQ

1) Where are you located?
We are located at 201 Henderson Rd, #03-28, Singapore 159545. Do note that our only entrance is inside the loading bay!
2) Can I park my vehicle at the studio?
Our building has 7 levels of parking available. We recommend parking at levels 1-2 and taking the cargo lift at Lobby 2, which directly serves the studio at level 3. 
3) Do I have to book the studio in advance?
We do not accept walk-ins, so please book in advance to secure your slot! Last second bookings are also possible, subject to the studio’s availability. A slot is only secured once full payment is received.
4) When is the studio available for booking?
Our studio is available for booking 24/7, but the peak rate applies to non-working hours (Working hours refer to Monday to Friday 10am-7pm, excluding public holidays)
5) Can I have a recce?
Yes! Please contact us to schedule a complimentary recce. If a full tech recce is required, the studio can be rented at a discounted rate to conduct it.
6) Which area of the studio can I use?
Rental includes the entire first floor, excluding items that are in the cupboards, fridges (although cold drinks are included) and behind the curtains. The staircase and second floor are strictly out of bounds!
7) What colors of the backdrop are available?
For the mounted 3.8m paper backdrop we have Beige, Black, Blue, Green, Pink, White and Yellow. Other colors may also be available or ordered so please check with us if you require them!
8) Can I cut the backdrop paper?
Please check with us if you need to cut the backdrop paper. A fee of $100 may be imposed if cutting is required.
9) Do I need to pay a cleaning fee?
An additional cleaning fee of $150 is required, if the studio is not returned in the same state as when it was rented out. If an external cleaning vendor is needed, the additional fee would be added to the booking as well.
10) What if something breaks or gets damaged?
We will send a bill for the damage or breakage, after our inspection.
11) Do you offer equipment rentals?
On top of the listed equipment that comes with your rental, if you need to rent extra equipment for your booking, we have discounted rates for our equipment rental catalog so you can shoot with ease!
12) Do you also provide crew?
While it does not come with the studio booking, we do have crew (lighting, videography, photography, live streaming etc.) available for additional booking, please do drop us a message to let us know your needs!
13) Do you guys do photo/video shoots?
Yes we do! Please do contact us so we can best advise you for your needs.
14) How can I pay for a booking?
We accept payment by Paynow and Bank transfer. Please note that a booking is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.
15) What if I need to extend my booking?
If there are no conflicting bookings, this is available. Extensions are charged at the regular hourly rates.
16) Do you have a rescheduling policy?
Rescheduling at least 7 days  in advance is allowed. Rescheduling 6 days before the booking date would subject to 50% of the cost. Cancellation of a rescheduled booking is non-refundable.
17) Do you have a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 7 days in advance will be 50% refunded. Cancellations 6 days before the booking date is non-refundable.
18) Can I store items in the studio between shoots?
Storing items in the studio is available if it does not disrupt subsequent bookings. Storage in the studio is subject to a $50/day storage fee.
19) Can I hold events in the studio?
Yes! Cuble’s studio is set up in a modular way with a sound system and fully functional pantry to hold your events in a comfortable setting. Cuble also provide event services such as; photobooths, sound and lighting systems, karaoke machines, etc. to make your event the best it can be!
20) Is there internet in the studio?
Our studio has a dedicated high-speed gigabit internet line for your needs. High speed Wifi is available for all rentals, but please do contact us if you require a wired connection, so that we can prepare one for your rental.
21) What power is available in the studio?
The studio is wired for the increased needs of a production/event. The studio also has a 63a three phase plug if needed (a fee of $200 for turning on and electricity would be charged per day of use).
22) Is Cuble pet friendly?
Yes! We love furry friends! But please clean up after them!
